What we collect

Inquiry forms collect your name, email, phone (optional), preferred date, party size, experience level, and the message you write. Server logs record your IP (hashed before storage) and user-agent to triage abuse.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and prepare your trip. We do not sell personal data. We retain inquiry records for up to 24 months for trip planning and tax purposes, then delete.

Sharing

We only share information with third parties when strictly necessary — e.g. naming participants for venue permits or insurance. Payments are processed via established third-party processors who handle card data directly.

Analytics

We measure how this site is used in two ways.

Our own measurement. We count page views on our own server. For each view we record the page, the language version, whether the device is a phone, tablet or computer, the domain of the site you arrived from (never the full address), and how long the page was actually visible in front of you. This uses no cookies and leaves nothing on your device except a random code held inside the browser tab, which disappears when you close it. So that one person is counted once a day rather than once per page, we derive a one-way code from your IP address, your browser identification and the current date. The IP address itself is never stored, the code cannot be reversed back into it, and because the date forms part of it the code changes every day — the same visitor cannot be recognised from one day to the next. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we record nothing at all.

Google Analytics. This site also loads Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and sends usage data to Google. That data is handled under Google's own privacy policy, not ours. You can stop it with a tracker-blocking browser or extension.

Cookies

We store a cookie remembering your language choice, and session cookies for signing in to the admin area. Our own analytics uses no cookies. Google Analytics sets its own, as described above.

Your rights
